Please join the Psi Iota Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. as we "Uplift Our Community" for our POP-UP Fitness event Pretty & Fit Edition in honor of Heart Health Month.
We aim to have fitness fun in a Family Reunion Style so bring your friends and family! We will also support the initiative to "Build Our Economic Wealth" by raising the visibility our local black women health entrepreneurs, Dr. Kiana Weary from Confidence Fitness and Ms. Cece Champion from Pearl Street Nutrition.
